1oz Lemon Simple Syrup (or regular simple syrup)
1oz Peach Puree
Lime Wheel Garnish
Build all ingredients in cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously with ice. Strain over fresh ice with dehydrated lime wheel or lemon zest garnish.
