Ilegal Mezcal bartender Ugo Okworogwo shows us how to build his "Up a Notch Paloma."

RECIPE

1.75 oz Ilegal Mezcal Joven
0.25 oz Aperol
Scant 0.25 oz spiced ginger syrup
0.5 oz grapefruit and lime
1 dash saline solution or pinch of salt
1 dash spicy tincture

Combine, shake, pour on the rocks, top with Jarritos grapefruit soda
